Jon joined AFI in 1992 after graduating from Taylor University. He ultimately focused on expanding the product offering and new channels of distribution, but his experience with the company extends to the very beginning of its manufacturing and converting activities, having collaborated with Bob Rudolph (Jon's dad) to develop the business plan. His nearly 15 years of industry experience and extensive knowledge of materials, processes and industry standards position him well to lead the next phase of Action Fabricator’s growth.

Jon and his wife Jodi live in Grand Rapids, MI with their four daughters. He is active in his local church, and in his words, "would rather fish than eat!"

Don joined AFI in August 2005 as Vice President, Operations and was named Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in January 2007. In his current role, he has responsibility for manufacturing, quality, purchasing and marketing.

A former CFO for Martin Transportation Systems and Great Lakes Computer, Don earned his CPA while in the Grand Rapids office of Ernst & Young. Don has held a variety of finance positions with The Zondervan Corporation and Family Christian Stores, as well a having been Controller with the Turnstone division of Steelcase.

Don and his wife Stacy live in Grand Rapids, MI with their five children. Don, too, is active in his local church, and in contrast to Jon, "would rather eat than fish!"

Andrea is AFI's Vice President – Finance, where in addition to finance, she oversees human resources and information technology. Andrea began her career at AFI in 2002 as the company's Controller. Certified as CPA while in the Grand Rapids office of Deloitte & Touche, Andrea had previously served as Senior Business Analyst with the Details division of Steelcase. Prior to that, Andrea held the position of Assistant Controller with the Plaza Towers division of Alticor.

Of Action Fabricators, Andrea says, "We place a high value on each person's contribution and personal well-being. Our moral and ethical standards are second to none, which sets the tone for our corporate culture." An avid student of design, residential architecture, and the arts in general, Andrea lives in Grand Rapids.
